Our outdoor strength circuit is an exclusive training program designed to help post partum mums regain their strength and fitness. Our circuit includes a mixture of exercises, from cardio to resistance training, with a special focus on core and pelvic floor strengthening. Our experienced trainers take into account the unique needs and physical limitations of new mums, ensuring that the exercises are safe, effective, and tailored to individual goals and levels of fitness.
